Happy Valentines Day!!

I have started the bi week of birthday celebration. I think that this is the most appropriate way to celebrate 21st birthday. Last night we went out with a new friend to a bar called La Luna Rossa, where we met the hottest Polish bartender that has ever walked this earth. Even though he was in love with our friend Anna, it was still by far the best way to kick off a week of celebration. He made the best drinks, he made me a flaming shot and he made the girls special drinks. It will probly be the bar that we go back to over and over again.

Tonight, we have banded together a group of girls and we are heading out in full dress to Hani's restaurant to celebrate Valentines Day in style. And then we are going out to the clubs. Lauren and I have decided to be each other's Valentine, i have her a facebook kiss and she gave me a nutella cupcake, so far, our day is going well.

Today, we are going on an adventure in FLorence, We are going to the Piazza Michelangelo, which offers the best views of Florence. After that, we will proceed o window shop and haggle for scarves, which may turn into a full time job.

Happy valentines day everyone!! Hope things are going well. I miss everyone!

Happy Valentine's day, kid. While you're living it up in Italy, we are battling snow and ice in the D-ville. I had yesterday off, and today is snow day #2. Can't say I mind, seeing as the student teachers don't have to make anything up. Wahoo! So I get a freebee. I hope your sister doesn't capital F flip out on her insanely long bus ride to FL. She was leaving today, despite snow, as I'm sure you're aware. Oh yeah, when I first saw your new profile pic I thought your face was painted gold, and then when I blew it up and saw it was a mask I was like "oh thank God." The bars and restuarants sound so tight. I am craving gelato like mad right now. In other news, Bobby doesn't understand the concept of snow. He is a complete sissy and starts whining and lifing up his little cold feet one at a time when he walks in it. And he looks at me as if to say, "thanks for buying me shoes, jerk." It's been fun. Oh, and I baked about 90+ heart-shaped brownies, cookies, and mini-cakes to take to all of my students for V-Day. They are now in the freezer and will be served up as a belated surprise next week. And yes, they turned out fine. I only burned the first batch of cookies. My baking skills aren't up to your standards yet, but I am getting there. It wasn't my fault. . .I blame the recipe. Ok, much love. Miss ya!

Lauren, my love,

Happy Valentine's Day! How can I send you love letters if I don't have your address? I miss you so much. Yesterday was great because there was no school and everyone got to celebrate Valentine's day by sleeping in. Your birthday is coming up, but it sounds like you won't be wondering the streets of Florence all by your lonesome. I am extremely jealous of your mask, by the way.

Love,
Lauren "the light"

Morgan baked yesterday. He made these pastries from scratch with Nutella on the inside. I thought of you. Currently I am writing a horrible archaeology paper sitting in the corner of the library. Archaeologists think that they are magicians. I wish you could go through this pain with me. Don't worry I have coffee and colored markers! This weekend we are celebrating Christa's birthday and Cheeseburger. I will have a drink in honor of you and your upcoming legality. Oh, the University is buying the house on the corner of William and College so I don't have to worry about populating it.
Miss you,
Lauren

A fun story for you to enjoy:

So the other day I was choreographing for my dance in my tiny little dorm room. Getting completely into what I was doing, and not paying any attention whatsoever to my surrounding, I WHACKED my hand off of the floor lamp. After a short moment of silence from complete shock of the amount of pain my hand was in, i immediately screamed something obscene and dropped to the floor rolling over and over again (because clearly that is what you do when you are in pain). Thinking I needed to ice my hand (still rolling on the ground) I whip open my freezer to find something cold....the only thing in our freezer is a bottle of vodka. So picture this: I am now rolling around on the ground, screaming obscenities at the top of my lungs, and clutching onto a bottle of vodka for dear life. It was quite the sight. I do assure you my hand was not broken, however it did leave a nice mark that looks like a got bite by a snake. Hope you enjoyed my story. I am sure I will talk to you in some way or another soon, but if not, have a GREAT birthday! oh..and say hello to my son for me.

Love,
Your completley retarded friend (Blair)

P.S. - You better wear a tiara on you birthday
