First week of classes

So this week i started classes. Im taking a geography class on the landscape of tuscant, the professor is very softspoken, but he was giving me tips on visiting farm holidays and spas near Florence. My Italian class consists of 4 people and a teacher who barely speaks english.

And im sick, which makes life in florence that much more diffucult.
I found out that chicken goes bad a lot faster hear.
And im just dealing with the fact that everyone should not be expected to speak english.
My roommates and I are going to venice over the weekend, we are in the process of looking for masks to take with us. We are also going to meet up with the guys we met at the bar last friday, it seems like the entire country of italy is going to be there this weekend.

PS. Liz! Im super excited that youre going to work at camp this summer. Im going to, and so are my two best friends from home!!

Hello Lovie!

Omg...after reading your past few blogs I am now completely jealous of you. Even though it sounds like such a culture shock and it's going to take a while to get everything in order, it just sounds absolutely amazing! I wish I could remember everything I was thining while I was reading...i think you would appreciate my thoughts..haha. Well here it goes...ahem:

1. What exactly is the shape of your head?

2. I give you one week before you give in and buy big boots...that is if you haven't already.

3. I'm extremely jealous you are getting free champagne.

4. Your adopted grandmother on the plane made me smile...adorable.

5. Of course you would get lost....I think I would get use to this if I were you.

6. Do they like to eat a lot of pepperoni's in Italy?..oh...and watch out when you're eating outside...you might ACTUALLY attract birds.

7. While I did say make sure you meet lots of hot italian guys....please keep "wriggling" away from the skeezy ones.

8. I love the fact that you have nudie paintings in your apartment.

9. I want pictures of this church you speak of...it sounds gorgeous

10. When you try stilletos on cobble stone (because we all know you will)...please try not to face plant.

I suppose that is it for now. I know I had tons more. Have fun! Be safe and keep writing because it is extremely entertaining.

MUAH!
Blair

P.S. - I will update you on American life after something exciting actually happens with my life..haha

P.P.S. - the dream about the bear....classic lauren
